Project overview
This project was conducted as part of the “Integrated Experiential Learning” course, where we collaborated with Allagash Brewing Company to analyze sales data and develop a data-driven strategy for business growth.
Working in a team of five, we performed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover key sales patterns and trends. We are currently building a Machine Learning-based demand forecasting model to help the company predict future demand and make informed business decisions regarding production, inventory management, and market expansion.
By leveraging time-series forecasting techniques and predictive analytics, our goal is to enable Allagash to optimize operations, reduce wastage, and improve overall sales performance. This project is guided by a stakeholder managing the company’s data, ensuring that our insights align with real-world business needs.
